What year did you start at the University of Washington? 

I began attending in Autumn 2012 as a freshman.  

 

Tell us a little about your major? 

Bachelors in Human Centered Design and Engineering, hoping to use what I learn to help better humanity and make beneficial technology for human use.  

 

 

WHY ODPHI?

 

How has ODPhi enhanced your college experience in both business and social contexts?  

This fraternity, Omega Delta Phi, has helped me improve myself in more ways than one.  For example, as a member, I've learned many skills such as time management, better studying habits and how to conduct myself in a more professional manner.  I've become more of a social butterfly; before Omega Delta Phi, I strayed away from even trying to have conversations but now I have an easier time conversing when meeting new people in both social and business environments.  

 

In what ways has ODPhi prepared you for your future?  

This fraternity has inspired me to not only do better for myself, but to find ways to help improve the communities around me.  The bonds I've been able to make with the brothers in Omega Delta Phi are going to follow me far into the future and support my goals that I have placed for myself.  Adding on to that, I've began expecting more out of my work ethic pushing my skill set far past personal expectations.  There is much in store for the future and I'm proud to say that Omega Delta Phi has played an important role in my development as a member of society.  

 

Any words of wisdom for new incoming Brothers? 

For the new rambunctious rascals that will become apart of this family, Omega Delta Phi not only requires dedication for helping the fraternity be successful but also requires you to stay on your path to success as well.  Learn to balance your time and keep your sanity while in college.  It is nice to have dedication to ODPhi but remember to have a fun time with it as well.  Also, don't forget to stay hype!
