What year did you start at the University of Washington?  Autumn 2015

 

Tell us a little about your major?  

I plan to major in Communications to one day work in the Public Relations or Marketing/Social Media department for a major company, such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, or Costco.

 

 

WHY ODPHI?

 

How has ODPhi enhanced your college experience in both business and social contexts?

The fraternity has allowed me to develop professionally in the sense of respecting my elders as well as being able to manage my time wisely and not make any excuses. ODPhi has given me a family away from home. I can count on my brothers for anything, from academic help to personal matters. Socially, the fraternity has made me step out of my comfort zone; before I would be shy to meet new people but now I love to meet others and gain new friendships and connections. 
 

In what ways has ODPhi prepared you for your future?

Omega Delta Phi offers a vast network of alumni who are willing to give you a hand with jobs and internships as well as academic programs. It has also allowed me to gain great interpersonal skills as well as team building skills. 

 

Any words of wisdom for new incoming Brothers?

For new incoming Brothers, I would say to continue to be on that journey of becoming the best version of yourself. This fraternity will change you professionally as well as socially. We will give you the tools to succeed. We will help you grow into the person you strive to be. We will support you in any endeavor. Keep the end goal in sight and never give up.
