What year did you start at the University of Washington? 

Fall 2018.

Tell us a little about your major?  

Public Health, minor in Spanish. Public health is the science of protecting the safety and improving the health of communities through education, policy making,  and research for disease and injury prevention. I hope to pursue a career as a community health educator and work with communities similar to the one that raised me.

WHY ODPHI?

How has ODPhi enhanced your college experience in both business and social contexts?

ODPhi has enhanced my college experience on the business side by teaching me valuable time management and social skills. Socially, ODPhi has placed me in a community that I am comfortable in as well as introduced me to people that have made my college experience special.

In what ways has ODPhi prepared you for your future?

Through ODPhi, I have been able to talk to various resources in regards to my career path and I think that has solidified my path on what I want to do with my life.

Any words of wisdom for new incoming Brothers?

Be open-minded. I showed up with zero intentions on being involved with the Greek community, but after attending several events, I was convinced and proceed with the process. To this day, It has been one of the best decisions I have made in my college career.
